Md Sabbir Ahmed works as an Epidemiologist at the Ministry of Health (Population Health Division), Government of Saskatchewan, Canada. Prior joining to the Ministry he worked as a Research officer at the Saskatchewan Population Health and Evaluation Research Unit, Saskatoon, Canada. He has completed his MSc from the Department of Community Health and Epidemiology at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and was awarded Dean's scholarship to pursue his study. He has a BSc and MS degree in Nutrition from Bangladesh. Sabbir has research interests and experience in- social epidemiology, mental health, maternal and child health, public health nutrition, sleep health, etc. He has experience in analyzing complex national-level secondary survey data and has a strong record of scientific publications.
